How do I input my voucher?
To use your voucher, simply copy it and open the BIDZ Pay app on your iOS or Android device. On the home screen, select “Voucher,” paste the code, and click “Submit.” The amount will then be displayed. Ensure your KYC is approved with BIDZ E-STORE before making your purchase.
Why are there fees with purchase?
The value of your voucher will be provided through BIDZ PAY. Please note, a small fee applies for global service access.
